If so, we want you to join our Evaluation and Qualitative Research team!Your Role and Responsibilities:Reporting to a Research Director, you'll work with a diverse team of researchers, operational staff, programmers, statisticians, methodologists, data scientists, and communication specialists. Experience with mixed methods and evaluation methodologies will be highly regarded.Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects, people, and deadlines efficiently.Adaptability: Ability to respond to changing situations and apply new concepts quickly.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach. Adept at balancing various tasks and responsibilities and effectively use research results. Must have experience in delivering impactful reports.Technical Proficiency: Experience with Qualtrics, NVIVO, and the Microsoft Office suite. Experience with survey methodology and statistical analysis tools is a plus.Grounding in Social Policy: Strong understanding of social policy development and governance within the Australian context, including policy/program design and implementation, is essential.This is a permanent, full-time position with the opportunity for a hybrid work arrangement.
