About the RoleThe purpose of this role is to manage and build strong relationships with a portfolio of health and property customers, and drive portfolio growth through customer acquisition, cross-selling and referrals.
Health/Property is a targeted growth area of ANZ's commercial strategy, backed by a supportive, results-driven leadership team.

Work Hours: Part-time, 32 hours
What will your day look like?Acting in the best interest of the customer and applying a customer-centric approachProactively developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of the customer's business and financial needs to provide appropriate solutionsCollaborating with Product Partners and other internal stakeholders to design, structure and execute dealsBuilding and maintaining strong external networks with a focus on COI and originationCoaching and growing your team/direct reportEstablishing strong and effective relationships with Commercial peers, Risk, and cross-divisional stakeholdersWhat will you bring?To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally have the following skills in your toolkit:
Industry experience and the ability to build long-term client relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomesCustomer solutioning: Supporting customers by understanding their needs, identifying financial opportunities and recommending relevant banking products and servicesPortfolio management: balancing change initiatives and business-as-usual while optimizing return on investment.Ability to negotiate and structure complex and customized banking deals.Credit Assessment & Management: capability to assess and monitor credit risk, and drive credit approval activitiesKnowledge of regulatory requirements, risk management principles and how to mitigate risksCoaching: Experience in leading teams, and ability to help people move from where they are to where they want to be through the use of effective coaching techniquesYou're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
