While national, they still maintain that boutique feel which can be highly refreshing.Day to day you will be involved in:Completing assessments - physical injury, workplace, ergonomic, mental health (for Rehab Counsellors / Psychs)Liaising between employers, employees, insurance companies, and other health professionalsCase management - goal setting, setting return to work plans, following up on progress, delivering successful return to work outcomesMentoring and coaching clinicians who make the move into Occupational RehabilitationAs these roles are Senior, we can only progress candidates who have 2+ years (or close to it) experience working as an Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant.
