Growing and leading a team of Rehabilitation ConsultantsClient / account management along with a reduced billable portfolio of your ownCapability building within the team and maximizing staff engagement in an ever-changing external climateSupporting the area leader with KPI management and team goal settingYou will be a natural leader who is craving that next step in their career, with the full backing and support of highly experienced senior management. Right now, it's likely that you are either a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant who has experience mentoring or have around 1-2 years' experience in Rehab Consulting and now ready to make that move up. It is essential that you are either OT, EP, Physio, or Rehab Counseling trained, with relevant full Australian registration.
