About the RoleAs a Senior Regulatory UAT Manager in our Team, you'll play a key role in helping to implement new regulatory initiatives within Global Markets. A Business Analyst/UAT Manager is required to support the implementation of regulatory change as part of the Markets BAU Regulatory Change portfolio.
This is a key role within the Regulatory Change team, and will require working with stakeholders across the business, compliance, risk and technology teams in multiple geographies and regulators (e.g., ASIC, CFTC, MAS, ESMA, JFSA, FCA, Canada & HKMA).

What will your day look like?The Senior Regulatory UAT Manager will be responsible for:
Developing test strategies, test plans and test cases based on regulatory obligationsProviding business input and oversight to the technology testing teams processesEnsuring that the delivery of new products & services from the program balances business and customer outcomes with risk considerationsIdentifying, monitoring, and managing project risks, issues and dependencies, and ensuring agreement to appropriate risk responsesParticipating in the continuous improvement of project and governance processesAnticipating and responding to evolving customer needs through controlling and delivering project communicationsActing as a reference for team members in the application of business analysis and testing activitiesMentoring and leading junior business analysts through strong technical, business knowledge and proven testing and analysis techniques.What will you bring?To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Extensive knowledge of business testing and analysis tasks, with solid understanding of project management lifecycles, disciplines and procedures.Must have knowledge of Derivatives Financial Instruments: FX, Commodities, Rates Derivatives.Markets knowledge (e.g., Trade capture, confirmations, settlements, clearing) requiredExperience with MurexResilience with strong interpersonal, collaboration, influencing and negotiating skillsStrong organisational and time management skills with ability to act with high levels of autonomy and ownershipDemonstrated documentation skills (e.g., in BRD, Process Maps, Test Plans, UAT Packs)Demonstrated ability to interact with other business areas (including Technology stakeholders) and with senior managementDemonstrated ability to understand & analyse complex issues and propose appropriate solutionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsYou're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
