They are seeking a Senior Referrer Engagement Representative to lead the charge in building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and driving referral growth. Your responsibilities will include:
Engaging with GPs, surgeons, practice managers, nurses, and hospital personnel to promote services and build lasting connections. Creating and implementing strategic plans to enhance referrer engagement and streamline processes. Providing referrers with tools like referral templates and electronic systems to improve accessibility and efficiency. Leading the organisation and execution of events to strengthen partnerships and expand networks. Attending industry events to identify growth opportunities and raise awareness of the organisation's services. Conducting research to understand referrer needs and preferences to drive engagement. Managing your territory effectively to maximise opportunities and ensure widespread visibility. About You: 5+ years of experience in a senior role working with healthcare professionals, ideally within oncology or the healthcare sector. A strong background in business development and the ability to create and execute strategic plans. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. A proactive, self-driven, and resilient personality. A passion for connecting with people and delivering high-value solutions to stakeholders. Why Join Them?
