We are now looking for a foundational team member to work under our Director of Technologies to take this division to the next level.
Day to day, we live by our core values of transparency, hard work, and passion, focusing on telling great stories about our clients to candidates that we headhunt. In the last year, we've won new clients like Ericsson and have placed roles including Database Developers and Infrastructure Engineers.
Business development will be central to this role as you leverage our brand to bring on new clients and build strong relationships with your client base through the highest service delivery standards.
If the client isn't on the same page and not willing to partner in a collaborative way, then we will walk away and focus on the clients that will.
We have a serviced office in Sydney CBD, but you'll have the freedom to work remotely from anywhere on Australia's East Coast with a competitive commission structure and the opportunity to participate in an employee share program, giving you more skin in the game without needing to 'buy-in'.
To be successful, you must have strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in Agency recruitment in Australia, focusing on filling IT roles.
