YOU We're looking for a self-managed, passionate and experienced recruitment professional with integrity and a desire to connect and form lasting relationships with the best tech and digital talent in Adelaide. Reporting to the Adelaide General Manager, but with close relationships to the entire Adelaide team, you will be Adelaide-based, working a mixture from home and office. We are a results-based organisation who believe in giving our team the best possible tools, systems, and working conditions to truly succeed.
To be successful in this position you will have a solid foundation in recruitment with a proven track record of success, an understanding of the constantly changing tech and digital landscape and the roles within it, and a hunger to build business and offer exceptional service.
We are a highly collaborative team, so you will need to be a team player who can collaborate well with others and also be able to work independently towards mutually agreed outcomes.
5+ years recruitment experience, ideally agency A positive attitude and growth mindset A comfort in sales and winning new business Experience and success with different sourcing strategies (social media, meetups, networking) Good knowledge of modern communication tools and platforms, particularly LinkedIn Having a genuine interest in all aspects of Design and IT Strong work ethic and integrity, the ability to work to tight time-frames Detail orientated and desire to do excellent work, high standards Excellent verbal and written communication skills Working knowledge of Seek, Seek Premium, and industry CRMs (Job Adder preferable) A passion for IT and the ability to pick up new systems and software quickly ON OFFER Flexible working arrangements Attractive base salary + amazing bonuses for high performers Fun team prizes and activities such as holidays and new tech toys An exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing business where the sky is the limit!
