The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our small but growing team. The ideal candidate will have a background in 360 recruiting within accounting and finance or a white-collar discipline.
Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients in the accounting sector. Understand client needs, company culture, and specific requirements for accounting.Candidate Sourcing and Assessment:
Proactively source, identify, and attract top-tier accounting professionals through various channels.
