About you: Sales & Business Development : You're skilled in sales and business development, with the drive to expand your own accounts. While you'll have access to 60+ clients with signed Terms of Business, you're expected to bring on new accounts to grow your desk further. You are bold, brave, own your mistakes, and experiment and pilot new things to drive innovation. Champions Do More: You take ownership, going beyond and overcoming obstacles with grit to achieve remarkable results. Professionalism and Sense of Humour: A strong work ethic and the ability to take your job seriously while fostering a positive and enjoyable work environment with a good sense of humour. We Offer: Rewarding Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 Plus Super + Above-market individual performance-based bonuses. Hybrid Working: 2 days at home, 3 days in the office on Queen Street, Melbourne CBD Hybrid Desks: Perm and Contract, providing diverse opportunities for growth.
