The Opportunity Due to unprecedented growth leading to a consistent supply of work, Atlas Partners is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Transactional Finance

team.On a day-to-day, you will be responsible for: Owning and developing a portfolio of key accounts across Melbourne's Accountancy & Finance market Working with a whose-who of Finance leaders (CFOs, FCs, Heads of Finance), building a deep understanding of their team dynamics and recruitment needs Unearthing the best Accounts Payable/Receivable and Payroll talent

in Australia via a variety of digital tools and well-developed referral networks Building relationships with your candidate market through face-to-face and online meetings Supporting your talent through their job search process, helping them secure their next dream role Mentoring and supporting junior members of the Atlas Partners team Attending networking events, client lunches and internal team-building events Building a strong social media presence with the support of our dedicated marketing team

About You You will come from one of two backgrounds, being either: An ambitious Recruitment Consultant with 3+ years "360" recruitment experience within a white-collar vertical, OR You have relevant corporate recruitment experience across an aligned vertical.
