As a Recruitment Consultant for PERSOLKELLY what can we offer you?

What you will be doing:
Primarily a sales and business development role, a career in recruitment can offer high rewards. We will help you develop a solid business plan to target new clients and grow your portfolio. You will match candidates with jobs and manage them throughout the recruitment process.
Running business development campaigns to approach new Clients Meeting with new and existing clients to plan recruitment requirements Working in professional services space recruiting roles such as HR, Admin, Sales, Marketing etc Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn etc. Working collaboratively with the entire team, with active contribution to team marketing and training Meeting agreed KPI activity and revenue targets
About you:
To be successful as a recruitment Consultant you don't need recruitment experience, but you will need to be:
