Your new role As Senior Recruitment Consultant / Client Manager, you'll be responsible for the continued growth of one of our longest established client accounts, which is one of Hays' major national and global partnerships. This is a pivotal and high-profile position in our Adelaide business and across ANZ being one of our top five clients, and is an integral part of the key accounts team. Although already the largest supplier to this client across white collar roles, future growth opportunities for Hays in the non-technical space are outstanding. You will be leveraging existing relationships to uncover new supply opportunities, be an expert in providing insights and data on skills supply and trends in this demanding sector to maximise growth. You'll develop strategies and tactics to continuously generate leads and increase coverage across new departments and functions. All the while being a trusted advisor to all your stakeholders. You'll be supported by an experienced and trusted delivery partner, together providing a first-class service and results to both client and candidates. What you'll need to succeed You'll already be an experienced and proven client focused 360 Recruitment Consultant who is looking for an exciting new challenge, or already a Client Manager ready to take on a high-profile client. You will have a demonstrated track record in fostering strong relationships, well-developed commercial acumen and exemplary client service. Your drive, energy and enthusiasm will ensure your success.
