As our Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will have the natural ability to build exceptional relationships with both your clients and candidates whilst delivering a seamless end-to-end recruitment process. We've learnt that growth and meeting financial targets through selling is not for everyone – so we don't operate like that! We expect that you'll work at proactively connecting, responding to and understanding the needs of your clients.  You will connect businesses with the outstanding talent they are seeking, all the while providing steadfast workforce solutions and support. Experience in a Recruitment Consultant focused role (Minimum 12 months) Passion for building long-standing client and candidate relationships Results driven and eager to exceed targets   Collaborative team approach Adaptable and resilient mindset  We're different!
