Your Career Path:

The Recruitment:
We are looking for a Senior Consultant, ideally Northern Beaches located (but not necessary), who has a strong identity within a white collar niche (perm) market that thinks they could do better in a different support structure, and ultimately make more money!
As a company we have operated for over 10 years with a very strong Global Top Tier and National client base across Legal, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Property Valuations, Accounting and Finance.
If you have complimentary markets to our existing then great, but if you operate in a random niche but it fits that professionals services client base / sector – you'll be right at home.
Experience Required:
360 Recruitment Desk experience (ideally 5+ years).
Proven BD skills (this is not a resourcer role) & a willingness to look long-term for client relationship building. We believe in not just focusing on the quick wins but providing value that makes us the go-to for our clients.
Proven track record in a minimum of $300k in billings pa.
This role is ideal for someone seeking a long-term career move.
