Government Recruiters Needed for Recruitment Project
Your new company
One of the Victorian State Government departments is working on a project with tight deadlines and needs a skilled Senior Recruiter to come onboard to grow the project team using their end to end recruiting skills. Working in a project team, you will work in a greenfield environment whilst having to follow Department processes.
Your new role
Working with 50+ vacancies to fill, you will create a system for tracking progress and prioritising. The key responsibilities are:
Sitting on interview panels
Writing selection reports
Organising and scheduling interviews
Screening candidates
What you'll need to succeed
Prior experience within a government setting is an advantage. Ideally, you will have experience recruiting in a merit-based process, writing selection reports and evaluating candidates against key selection criteria. You'll be able to demonstrate your organisation abilities with strong examples from previous roles of how you've tracked, managed and progressed your live vacancies.
What you'll get in return
A temporary assignment within the State Government with a start date of early October and an expected end date of mid-December. You will be paid weekly at an hourly rate from $70 + super. You'll get the chance to recruit a wide range of roles for this project.
