Records Management & Document Control (Administration & Office Support)Contract/TempAs an experienced Senior Records Management Officer, you will engage with regional, divisional, and administrative staff across Queensland to provide expert support in the appraisal and sentencing of records.ROLESupport school administrative staff in the appraisal and sentencing of physical records.Provide accurate advice regarding the preparation and defensible destruction of records.Advise on ongoing archiving and storage of physical records.Undertake project activities, including progress reporting and risk identification, while liaising with project management and information management teams.Prepare reports, briefing notes, presentations, and correspondence for project and records management.Train and mentor school staff and other departmental personnel in records management practices.Work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.Represent the EIS Records Management team with integrity and professionalism.YOUProven experience in appraising and sentencing records to meet public sector legislative obligations.Strategic governance-level records management experience within a large public sector organisation.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to engage with diverse clients.Ability to train and mentor staff in records management.Sound understanding of change management principles.Willingness and ability to travel by plane or car and work primarily on-site in schools across Queensland to assess physical records.APPLY NOW!Redwolf + Rosch invite and encourage applications from all backgrounds of gender, disability, culture, and race.
