This dynamic role involves patient engagement, liaising with third-party organisations, and collaborating closely with our clinicians and executive management team. Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a team-oriented attitude are essential.What You'll DoReception & Customer Service: Manage and oversee reception operations, patient retention, service standards, and reception KPIs. Experience with practice management software (e.g., Cliniko) and other cloud-based systems is a plus.Practice Development & Governance: Work with leadership to improve productivity, refine processes, and support clinic operations.Patient & Community Services: Build connections with community groups, collaborate with medical professionals, manage patient feedback, and ensure an exceptional clinic experience.Human Resources: Oversee recruitment, training, 1-on-1 coaching, performance appraisals, payroll, and staff scheduling.Financial Management: Manage financial systems, including cash handling, budgeting, appointment scheduling, billing, debt collection, and resource allocation.Marketing & PR: Support marketing efforts, social media, community outreach, and surveys.Business Planning: Contribute to strategic development and business goals.Asset & Facility Management: Maintain stock levels, equipment, and facility upkeep.Compliance & Safety: Ensure safety standards for equipment and consumables and maintain a clean, accessible clinic.Practice Maintenance: Keep the clinic environment tidy, safe, and professional.Skills and Experience We're Looking For1-3 years of experience in allied health or medical administration, with team leadership experience highly valued.Qualifications such as a Certificate IV in Leadership/Business Management or a Diploma in Business Administration are desirable.A mature, problem-solving approach to work.Professional, personable, and well-presented.Strong commitment to confidentiality.Proficiency with computers.Ability to take initiative, manage time effectively, and multitask in a dynamic environment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A positive, growth-focused mindset and a willingness to embrace change.Must be based in Australia and/or have the right to work in Australia.
