We are interested in interviewing real estate sales executives to join us at partner or potentially Director (equity) level and take on Melbourne's luxury markets.
Silo RE focuses on selling real estate in Melbourne's affluent areas such as Stonnington, Bayside, and Boroondara.
We are looking for individuals that are hungry, driven, and interested in being part of the next big thing.
With several staff already placed and a big pipeline for 2025, we are hitting the ground running and looking for individuals looking to take advantage of a brand new premium agency.
We have full office support from marketing, administration, and business development to a clear commission structure where earning potential is uncapped.
Our office? Located in the heart of Toorak Village, we have a fully equipped luxury office at 489 Toorak Road, Toorak, Victoria waiting for you.
Renumeration Minimum industry award + commission (+ equity at Director level)
Band 1 > $300K
Band 2 $300K - $700K
Band 3 There is an attractive commission split structure involved at each band.
