You will lead the innovation agenda for brands in Australia and New Zealand by leveraging technical expertise to develop and improve products across recipe, performance, packaging, quality, and cost. Proactively address business and consumer needs by applying advanced technology and best practices to enhance brand performance.

About You Minimum 5 years' experience in a product/process development environment. Relevant Degree in Food Science or related field. Strong Computer proficiency. Strong Technical and Analytical skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proven ability in effective internal and external engagement. Demonstrated strong negotiation and influencing skills.
