Your Role
As a Senior Infrastructure Quantity Surveyor, you will be a key player in driving infrastructure projects forward. You will manage crucial QS activities such as measurement, cost planning, and contract administration, working alongside a dynamic team of professionals. Reporting directly to the Directors, you'll ensure that we consistently meet deadlines and budgetary requirements while nurturing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
What You'll Do: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the infrastructure domain Oversee pre and post-contract activities with precision Lead infrastructure projects from feasibility through to successful completion Mentor and inspire junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise What We're Looking For: A bachelor's degree in Project Management or Construction Management, specialising in Quantity Surveying At least 5 years of quantity surveying experience, ideally within a consultancy environment, with a focus on infrastructure A collaborative mindset and a team player attitude Proven experience managing infrastructure projects with a focus on delivering results Culture
