Senior Quality and Improvement Specialist The Royal Melbourne Hospital Work alongside a supportive and collaborative team!5 weeks annual leave and salary packing!Hybrid working arrangements!The RMH Quality and Improvement (QI) team are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Quality and Improvement Specialist with a passion for Safe, Timely, Effective and Person-centred care to join our collaborative and supportive team.
In this role, you will work closely with clinical services and colleagues across the organisation to deliver a contemporary Whole System Quality framework.
Responsibilities include supporting effective, best practice adverse event management; driving continuous improvement and innovation; and developing strategies to ensure ongoing readiness for National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards assessment and other accreditation activities.
