Unit/Division: Clinical Excellence - Patient Safety & Clinical Quality
Are you interested in leading work that will improve health outcomes for patients across WA's public hospitals? We have an exciting opportunity supporting Quality Improvement initiatives in healthcare. The Senior Quality Improvement Coordinator is based in the Patient Safety and Clinical Quality Directorate at the Department of Health, with work aimed at driving large scale improvements in the quality of clinical care across WA's public hospitals. Working to deliver Improving safety and quality in health care: A strategic plan for action in WA 2024-2026, there are several key projects underway. The post holder will work with clinicians, safety and quality teams, consumers, and other stakeholders across the WA health system to ensure successful delivery. The successful applicant will serve as a resource for continuous quality improvement throughout WA Health, providing training and information sessions on quality improvement topics as required.
This is a Permanent Full Time appointment.

Both of these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.
