The team uses data-driven insights from customer segmentation to develop strategies, products, campaigns, and communications aimed at maximizing customer lifetime value and supporting profitability. Additionally, they ensure compliance with regulatory communications.The Senior Proposition, Performance and Planning Analyst will be responsible for driving strategic planning, reporting, and analytics within the CVO value stream.
