Ensuring all property management systems and procedures are up to dateEnsuring rents are in accordance with market rents and listing all adsMaintaining communication with tenantsOrganising repairs and maintenanceManaging vacatesWorking alongside the team to grow the portfolioPreparing and attending SCAT tribunalsOrganising and preparing insurance claims when requiredManaging rental arrearsConducting entry and exit reportsPerforming routine inspectionsHandling lease renewalsOur next Superstar should be proud of possessing the following skills:
