Duties & Responsibilities: Manage a clean portfolio of approx 160 properties with a plethora of support services and assistance available Mainly in-office duties Handling maintenance Owner / Tenant communication Delegating tasks to Assistant PM team and Inspections Officer Using initiative to prevent potential problems - NO ROUTINES - NO LEASING
