iSell Real Estate is seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Property Manager to join our dynamic team in Joondalup, WA. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients and maximising returns for property investors.
What you'll be doing Effectively manage a portfolio of residential rental properties, including coordinating property inspections, overseeing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring timely rent collectionProvide excellent customer service to both tenants and landlords, addressing concerns promptly and professionallyMarket available properties to prospective tenants, conduct viewings, and manage the leasing processRegularly review and optimise rental rates to maximise returns for property ownersEnsure compliance with all relevant residential tenancy legislation and internal policiesMaintain thorough and accurate property records and reportingWhat we're looking for Minimum of 5 years' experience in residential property management, preferably in a similar roleDemonstrated expertise in all aspects of property management, including leasing, maintenance, and financial managementExcellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clientsIn-depth knowledge of residential tenancy legislation and regulationsProficient in the use of property management software and relevant IT systemsStrong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectivelyA proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solvingWhat we offer
