Specialising in newly built homes, you will acquire skills outside of the traditional Property Management tasks.
We understand what it takes to provide a quality service to our landlords, so you won't be overloaded with an excessive number of properties to manage.

About the role Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Displaying exceptional communication skills through daily liaising with owners, tenants, and buildersLeasing - Online advertisements, open inspections, application processing, and lease agreementsIngoing and Final inspectionsRoutine InspectionsDaily water and rent arrearsFacilitating maintenanceLease renewalsBond RefundsWater invoicingHandover inspections on completion of constructionThere will also be the opportunity to gain experience in trust accounting procedures, including EOM.
About You To be considered for this role, you must have:
Current SA Property Management licenseA minimum of 1 year experience in the industryFull driver's licenseSuccessful applicants should also: Be reliable, punctual, and well presentedHave excellent written and verbal communication skillsDisplay outstanding time management and the ability to prioritise tasksComfortably work autonomously or within a team environmentDemonstrate problem solving abilityKnowledge of PME and Inspect Real Estate is an advantage, but not essentialWhat's on offer?
