The position, but not limited to: Managing a portfolio located betweenMandurah and Rockingham areas. The role will be mostly office based apart from 1st routine inspections to get to know the properties. You will be working within a close knit team, supported by a leasing agent, a routine inspection agent, a trust accountant and admin support. Liaise with owners, tenants and other stakeholders Ideal Candidate: PM Registration & ideally 2+ years PM experience is Essential Lives in Southern suburbs Team player and people-centric Good time management & strong attention to detail Ability to effectively and diplomatically communicate - written and verbal Positive can-do attitude | Excellent time management Immaculate presentation Current Drivers Licence How to Apply:
