Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee the pre-contract management process and provide daily direction to the team. Ensure compliance with company standards and goals. Provide tender advice and assist the Estimating Team with contract negotiations. Manage relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients during the tender preparation. Coordinate contractual insurance requirements and implement risk management processes. Ensure signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties. Assist in creating and managing the pre-contract management framework. Support Project Managers with commercial correspondence and claims. Monitor, evaluate, and report on pre-contract performance against objectives and targets. Lead and manage the Pre-Contract Team to achieve business outcomes effectively.
Requirements:
Qualification in Commercial / Construction Management or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years' experience in a commercial or contract management role. Solid understanding of the AS4000, NEC, FIDIC, EPC or equivalent suite of contracts. Previous experience working with energy infrastructure projects desired
