As a full-time Senior Property Manager/Team Leader at Harcourts Packham, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining great relationships with tenants and landlords and will handle tasks including appraising and advertising properties to their full potential, interpreting and applying legislation, managing a small portfolio of our executive clients, guiding and educating the existing Property Managers, new business management and daily rent receipting.
You'll have the opportunity to contribute to the department's success by sharing ideas and participating in the ongoing evolution of 'Best Practice.
