Are you looking for a Senior Property Management role with a difference? Well, this could be the position for you! Our business is seeking an experienced Property Manager to assist in our growing portfolio. Specialising in newly built homes, you will acquire skills outside of the traditional Property Management tasks. 
We understand what it takes to provide a quality service to our landlords so won't be overloaded with an excessive number of properties to manage. 
We are seeking someone who is hard working, passionate and enjoys being a part of a fun, successful and friendly team. You will be given access to the latest systems and technologies, be provided with ongoing support and be involved in team building opportunities.

About the role Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Displaying exceptional communication skills through daily liaising with owners, tenants and buildersLeasing - Online advertisements, open inspections, application processing and lease agreementsIngoing and Final inspectionsRoutine InspectionsDaily water and rent arrearsFacilitating maintenanceLease renewalsBond RefundsTribunal HearingsWater invoicingHandover inspections on completion of construction There will also be the opportunity to gain experience in trust accounting procedures; including EOM.
About You  To be considered for this role, you must have:
Current SA Property Management licenseA minimum of 1 years' experience in the industryFull driver's license Successful applicant should also:  Be reliable, punctual and well presentedHave excellent written and verbal communication skillsDisplay outstanding time management and the ability to prioritise tasksComfortably work autonomously or within a team environmentDemonstrate problem solving ability.Knowledge of PME and Inspect Real Estate is an advantage, but not essentialWhat's on offer?
