Our client is a well-known global property group with a diversified property portfolio. They currently require a Senior Property Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial office buildings and to manage a team.

The Role
Our client is after a motivated and experienced Senior Property Manager to join a high-profile portfolio that will see you responsible for the management of commercial office assets. Your key responsibilities include:
Liaise with the owner and operational personnelMake recommendations and conduct negotiationsPrepare monthly reports to the owners of propertiesPrepare an annual business strategy planPrepare detailed cash flow budgets and report variationsManage a team of property managers and facilities managers Skills & Experience Previous experience in commercial office managementPrevious experience with managing staffHave strong written and verbal communication skillsHave excellent negotiation skills and be results-drivenBe highly motivated, hardworking and positiveHave an eye for detail & the ability & willingness to attend to detail Benefits Leading global property companyStrong pathway for career progressionLucrative salary!Strong level of support from managementFive-star employee engagement rating!
