The role As the Senior Property Management Officer, you will respond to internal and external customer enquiries concerning the use and management of Crown land using information sourced from a variety of systems such as spatial systems and tenure databases. You will undertake a range of administrative tasks including application assessments and other property management related tasks to ensure that Crown land is being used appropriately and in accordance with its specified purpose. This position provides hands on support and guidance to our Crown Land Managers, Councils, and a diverse range of stakeholders.

What you will bring to the role Highly developed interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence Proven ability to foster relationships and connect with internal and external stakeholders Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Solid time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines efficiently Enjoys autonomy and demonstrates proficiency in working independently, taking initiative, and making decisions What is an essential requirement: Certificate IV in Land Administration or Property Management or equivalent experience in property management and land administration Current drivers licence and willingness to travel About us The Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI) improves the liveability and prosperity of NSW.
