Senior Property/Fund Accountant

The Role

Working in this high performing team, your role will include:

-prepare detailed monthly management accounts, analysis and provide insightful commentary on property and portfolio performance.
-oversee the preparation of BAS
-manage treasury functions
-monitor and forecast financial covenants for debt facilities
-produce half yearly and annual audited financial reports
-quarterly fund distributions to investors
-prepare Board Reports and provide investment analysis
-implement accounting policies and procedures
-engage with property managers to streamline transaction processing
-provide advice on property transactions including acquisitions, disposals and  valuations 
-lead projects to improve operational efficiency and financial performance


The Person

You will be CA/CPA qualified and have 5 years + experience ideally in the property sector.  Experience improving processes, systems and procedures will ensure your success in this role and experience with MRI is highly desirable.  You enjoy working in a collaborative, innovative and results orientated environment and enjoying adding value to the business.
