Senior Property & Commercial Lawyer | Brisbane/Gold Coast Office Salary: $150,000 to $200,000 DOE (Depending on Experience)Competitive salary package based on experience and the value you bring to the firm, negotiable for the right candidate. About the Position: Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Property & Commercial Lawyer (Senior Associate to Special Counsel level) with over 5 years of PAE to join their expanding Property & Commercial department. This position is perfect for a professional looking to manage a variety of commercial transactions and conveyancing matters across QLD and NSW. The successful candidate will provide expert legal counsel, manage complex transactions, and support property-related cases. Main Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive legal advice in commercial law, including leasing, business sales and purchases, franchising, and partnership agreements. Manage property matters such as residential and commercial conveyancing, off-the-plan transactions, and family transfers. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources. Ensure meticulous file management and maintain a high attention to detail. Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Requirements: Admission as a lawyer with at least 5 years of experience in Property & Commercial Law (from a reputable law firm only). Strong client-focused approach with excellent relationship-building skills. Exceptional drafting abilities and attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines. Willingness to work across various office locations and build professional networks. Familiarity with LEAP software is a plus but not required.
