Join a high performing and impressive team that drive positive culture and dynamic futures.About the role:Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Finance, the Senior Property Analyst will play a pivotal role in providing critical insights into the short- and long-term performance of our projects. This hands-on position involves end-to-end finance responsibilities with a strong commercial focus on feasibility modelling, budgeting, forecasting, commercial analysis, and WIP reporting. You will collaborate closely with key external stakeholders, including investor groups and financial institutions, as well as work closely with the Head of Development.Responsibilities:Producing timely and accurate financial reportsPreparation and presentation of monthly management reporting packConduct project feasibility analysis and in-depth development financial modelling to ensure profitability and performanceBudgeting and forecastingWIP and project reportingCashflow management and forecastingPreparation of investor pack with commentaryAssisting with tax and compliance such as BASLiaising with external financial institutes and investor stakeholdersUndertake adhoc operational analysis projectsSkills and Experience:Tertiary education in Commerce, Finance, Business, and/or Property.CPA or CA qualified.Demonstrated experience in a similar commercial or analyst role.Industry exposure to Construction, Property, or Development is essential.Motivated and vibrant personality to align with our business culture.Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence key stakeholders.Desire to grow with and contribute to the organisation.Strong Excel modelling and analysis skills.Benefits :Convenient central location, with the office relocating to Kensington later this year.Supportive culture and impressive leadership team to foster your career growth.Opportunity to partner with the SLT and key senior stakeholders.Competitive salary based on experience.Hybrid working arrangement available.To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
