Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Project Risk Advisor to join our team. This position is a full time fixed term opportunity until January 2025.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of risk management principles and practices, with a proven track record of identifying, analysing, and mitigating risks in large-scale projects. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure consistent application of corporate risk management processes and procedures.
Assist and lead the project delivery teams in the identification, capturing, mitigating, and reporting of project, program, and portfolio risks.
Develop, monitor, and report on all aspects of project, program, and portfolio risks.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders.
Provide expert advice on risk-related issues.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging risks.
Demonstrated ability to manage risk in large-scale, high-stakes projects.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in risk management software and tools.
