Based in Perth, this role would see you assisting in the management of sites across the WA market. A huge opportunity for you to step in and make your mark in a major brand that is not only serious; but deeply ambitious about its growth.What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?Working hand in hand with the real estate team to deliver the new store pipelineCo-ordinating and evaluating Site Investigation reports including the availability of services, geotechnical and contamination assessmentsManaging and liaising with governing authorities during approval and development processManaging the development of project documentation, ensuring compliance with all departmental procedures and processesManaging the tender process, evaluation and appointment of contractors, nominated subcontractors and suppliersManaging the construction process ensuring stakeholders (i.e. Licensee, Operations, Contractors, Suppliers) are kept informed through regular site meetings and formal status reportsEnsuring construction projects are delivered to time & budgetCoordinating the project handover process (incorporating all disciplines and suppliers) to ensure the operations team are fully briefed on the operation and maintenance of all itemsFacilitating and actioning ad hoc building requests from key stakeholdersQualifications:Your keys to success:To open the door to success in this team, you must be someone who goes looking for opportunities and who actively drives their own development, never stopping until you get results! You will also be great at building strong relationships, comfortable with being "in the field" and adapting to an extremely fast pace.
