THE ROLEThe Senior Project Planner role in the Housing Development Branch - Delivery team is responsible for identifying future design-led development projects on Homes Victoria land. The role will work across the whole project lifecycle, including review of potential housing growth opportunities, undertaking technical feasibility and massing and yield studies, establishing and managing external consultancy due diligence and architectural design contracts, engaging with key internal and external stakeholders, and providing strategic design advice as projects are progressed through business case and delivery phases.A background in architecture or urban design and specific technical experience undertaking architectural feasibility studies is required. You will also bring to the role project management experience, a track record of delivery and working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment, and strong experience working with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
