Procurement and Facilities Services Branch has a temporary full-time position available for 12 months, unless otherwise determined for Senior Project Officer to provide support to the implementation of the department's Queensland Procurement Solution, a Whole of Government, procurement system. The successfulcandidate will be responsible for providing support to the implementation of this system.

About the Role Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Contribute to the development and monitoring of project plans and schedules, including the coordination of activities of teams associated with achieving the project objectives.Coordinate and prepare regular progress reports, briefing materials and communications for senior management and key stakeholders,Contribute to testing including planning, scheduling, preparation and report development.Liaise, consult, influence and negotiate effectively with project stakeholders and team members in relation to project activities.Work independently when required to achieve agreed project outcomes.Assist in building working relationships with clients through the use of effective communication skills.About You Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
