The role is responsible for: Developing, implementing, and monitoring complex projects, programs and initiatives that aim to provide positive outcomes and development of integrated community plans for children and young people in Out of Home Care. Contributing to the development and delivery of strategic and operational policies and quality assurance outcomes to ensure best practice in the provision of service delivery to clients. Preparing high quality project and program documentation, briefings and reports within specified timeframes.
Coordinating and managing working parties, taskforces and committees to contribute to the development of new or enhanced policies and procedures. About You We are looking for a confident individual with a strong understanding of project management principles.
To be successful you will have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of child protection, trauma-informed care principles and the issues and challenges of working with children in out of home care.

Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to a wide range of stakeholders will be a key requirement for this role.
