As a Senior Project Officer, your main responsibilities will include: Liaise with business units to elicit project requirements and current business needs. Develop acceptable work instructions for any system deficiencies and maintain a register for future system enhancements.Support and lead where required the development and implementation of appropriate communications strategies, training, and support materials across the business units.Using your in-depth knowledge of current business processes, provide advice and recommendations throughout the data migration and testing stages of the project.Use collaborative relationships to develop and execute comprehensive user acceptance test plans for the range of applications and data migration.Work collaboratively across CVA and CYPT, with other OPG Business Units, and external stakeholders as appropriate.Identify and support the implementation of practice changes as a result of the project work.Support the identification of impacts to the reporting requirements impacted by the project work.Undertake analysis of the information systems supporting individual child advocacy functions to provide content-specific and technical advice that contributes to the development of appropriate solutions to address data entry and reporting requirements that support effective service delivery.If you are interested in this role, please forward your cover letter and resume in WORD format quoting reference number CFSPOC to ****** or contact Charlie Falvey on (07) 3211 0***.
