About the role: An opportunity for one (1) xSenior Project Officer (Change Management) to be part of our Health and Wellbeing Hub located in Docklands.
The Health and Wellbeing Hub is the single most significant investment in the health, safety, and wellbeing of Victoria Police employees to prevent and respond to work related injuries. Six multi-disciplinary teams are being established, based in hubs across the state, with a focus on enhancing employee's mental health, injury prevention, early intervention, and recovery support.
The Senior Project Officer will play a key role in supporting the implementation of the Health & Wellbeing Hub and will be responsible for the development and implementation of change management and engagement plans, ensuring Victoria Police members are aware and engaged with the Health & Wellbeing Hub. Senior Project Officer will also support the Senior Project Manager in project deliverables and milestones as per the already developed plans.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the incumbent will work closely and collaboratively with key stakeholders, including operations managers, Hub leadership, internal health, safety and wellbeing teams, Media, Communications, and Engagement Division, and regional leadership teams, we are seeking applicants who can demonstrate a varied skill set with an ability to work in a dynamic environment and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Your duties will include: Prepare high-quality reports, briefs and correspondence providing crucial information for Executive level decision making. Collaborate with key stakeholders for the development of collateral and resources to promote engagement with the Health & Wellbeing Hub. Prepare and lead the delivery of change management plans, including stakeholder impact assessments, engagement and communication strategies and facilitation of change-focused forums and workshops. Execution of engagement and communication strategies through collaboration with stakeholders across Victoria Police's Regions, Departments and Commands. Development, review and maintenance of project documentation and artefacts including project reports, governance, risk management and implementation updates to key stakeholders. As the successful applicant, you will have: Expertise in all aspects of change and project management, including project analysis, research, systems analysis, developing and coordinating strategic projects in a complex environment. Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to write high quality concise reports, briefs and correspondence and highly developed interpersonal skills with the proven ability to establish and sustain effective working relationships. Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, public sector issues and procedures in a complex environment. Demonstrated talent for influence and negotiation, inspiring managers and stakeholders to collaborate to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Established ability to provide authoritative advice and solutions on governance and strategic issues. Proven ability to monitor client and stakeholder satisfaction, and constructively manage stakeholder issues to ensure positive outcomes for the stakeholder and the Region/Department/Command.
