Senior Project Managers - Commercial ConstructionWe are a Tier 1 Commercial Construction company working on a wide variety of projects across greater Perth.
Working on a mixture of projects in the Retail, Health, Residential, Office towers and foyers, we are focused on delivering excellent projects for our clients.
We are seeking experienced Project Managers to join the team as we grow and embark on new projects!
About the roleOur Project Managers deliver multi-faceted builds from start to finish.
The successful candidates will work closely with the Director as well as a fully resourced team that consists of a Site Manager, Contracts Administrator, and QSHE to deliver quality projects, on time and on budget.
This interesting and varied role requires the use of a wide range of skills and knowledge.
For smaller projects, you may be managing a few projects simultaneously or one larger longer-term project.
The pace is fast, so excellent organization and communication are keys to success.
Management of the full life cycle of the project from conception through to completionManage budget and timelineManagement of client and all stakeholders, both internal and externalManagement of OH&SPlan and manage sub-contractorsProgress the project to meet key milestones on timeAbout you:Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project ManagerExperience in delivering complex Commercial projects over the value of $5m consistently from start to finishNew Build experience with a Tier 1 contractorMust be degree or trade qualifiedExcellent communication and leadership abilityDemonstrated competency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft ProjectExcellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detailOur Culture:Fast-paced environment with a great team who work hard but have fun as well.
