Erp Project Manager

As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering key initiatives as part of an organisational wide Program. Reporting to the ERP Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing and implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) modules to align with business requirements and organisational strategies.
Required Knowledge or Experience: A relevant tertiary degree in Business / Information Technology is preferred; we also value experience; candidates with relevant experience in change management projects involving Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) will be highly competitive.Extensive understanding of PRINCE2 project management frameworks or equivalent frameworks aligned to industry standards.Demonstrated experience managing complex and highly integrated projects with competing priorities, set timeframes and limited resources.Ability to train, guide and mentor less experienced project resources to ensure they are competent in the roles, use of tools, processes and templates.Extensive experience in managing and coordinating diverse project team members, of varying skills.Demonstrated experience in facilitating workshops and meetings, elicitation and gathering of information for the management, planning and delivery of large corporate wide system implementations.Role Responsibilities: Manage the successful completion of system/module implementation and configuration optimization projects.Manage, mentor and guide the project team activities through the project lifecycle to help achieve project deliverables, objectives and goals.Understand, navigate and adhere to the businesses governance systems and project and business analyst frameworks, including life cycle, reporting, risk, quality, governance, performance and change management systems. Recognise early warning signs of planning, execution or delivery risks or issues and take remediation action or escalate to mitigate.Ensure sound practices for project and operational deliverables through the consistent application and management of appropriate methods, standards, processes, templates, systems and services.Proven ability to collaborate and work with senior stakeholders, managers and executives to ensure Digital projects and services are delivered within robust project, business analysis, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and change frameworks, on time and within budget.Develop clear and succinct documentation deliverables which meet the businesses project, business analysis, change and other frameworks and which are available for others to refer to.At Randstad Digital, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
