Position summary Career defining Senior Project Manager (Water Treatment) opportunity, leading a team of Project Managers and Project Engineers to deliver advanced water & wastewater treatment projects across Australia and globally.
Key leadership role responsible for a portfolio of water treatment projects for mining and metals organisations in WA and the rest of the world.
You'll be comfortable managing $20m+ complex water and wastewater treatment plant projects with a design and construct service offering.
Open to candidates in both Perth and Adelaide.
Specific responsibilities Lead and manage a project team to ensure the successful delivery of water projects Manage resources, schedules, financials, and quality control guidelines Set up project teams and provide strategic direction on project delivery methodologies Provide strategic direction and advice during tender development phases Interface with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery Review and approve project execution plans and variations Monitor project progress and financial forecasts.
Lead risk management and procurement activities Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and quality procedures Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement Champion safety, quality, and compliance within the team Required experience Bachelor of Engineering (Civil, Chemical, or Mechanical) AIPM Certified Practicing Project Manager (CPPM) or equivalent Extensive experience in Major Project Management, preferably in design and construction Demonstrated leadership and staff development experience Working knowledge of PMBOK and integrated financial systems Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills Commitment to teamwork and customer focus How to apply Apply today through Linkedin or contact Bradley Hardy -
