We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Perth, Program Performance team and work with a group of highly skilled specialists.
You'll be a trusted partner to a diverse range of clients in our WA region and develop a deep understanding of their challenges to co-create innovative solutions that help shape the future.
One of our high-profile projects includes working on a cutting-edge telescope in remote Western Australia.
This is one of the largest and most sensitive radio telescopes in the world.
Additionally, we work across other key sectors including Defence, Social Infrastructure, Transport, Energy and Water.

The work we do is vital to enabling capability and operations for our clients.
It is the technical expertise and depth of knowledge of our people that really sets Aurecon apart.
Here are the key things you will do:
Manage varying scopes of works on projects from feasibility, design, procurement, construction and handover.
Support multiple concurrent projects across the entire life cycle, including contract administration, financial management, project scheduling and risk management.
Manage the execution of construction contracts on behalf of clients.
Manage schedule to ensure that they are delivered to client expectations, timeframes, and specifications.
Manage change, quality, health, safety, and risk elements.
Report to Portfolio Leads and Program Directors on the status, progress, and completion of projects.
Spend time out of the office, boots on the ground, watching your projects come to life.

Alongside your industry experience in a similar role, you'll also have:
An excellent understanding of Project and Contract Management, and a passion for infrastructure projects that make a difference to our world.
Consultancy project management and/or understanding of the management of complex design packages.
Qualifications in technical discipline such as engineering, project management, construction management or similar.
Ideally are versed in NEC4 ECC and other relevant industry contract families.
Ability to work on the client or private sector side of projects.
Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in an efficient manner.
Strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel to a remote location in WA periodically.
