We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Worley Transformation Management Office (TMO). As the Senior Project Manager – Transformation Management Office , you will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and delivery partners across the organisation to execute complex, enterprise-wide systems integration and transformation projects. These initiatives will involve significant technology and process changes that will greatly influence Worley's operations. You'll draw on your extensive experience in project delivery, along with your skills in influencing and relationship management, financial acumen, and risk assessment, to achieve outstanding results. This position offers flexibility and can be based anywhere on the East Coast of Australia or New Zealand, allowing you to align effectively with your team and stakeholders.

What you'll do Manage one or more large-scale, highly complex/high risk projects, which will have a Worley-wide impact. Collaborate with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures, and estimated resources needed. Ensure projects remain in-scope and meet budgetary, scheduling, and quality requirements. Create, manage, and distribute project communications artifacts like charters, schedules, and budgets. Provide project status updates at predetermined time intervals to all stakeholders. Communicate routinely to management, customers, project team members, and other stakeholders, actively soliciting and addressing customer and project team feedback. Monitor project budgets and staffing requirements. Ensure adherence to Transformation Management Office (TMO) standards as well as legally binding requirements. Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to the project, including subcontractor monitoring. Execute project control and reporting procedures and manage changes in operational plan. Plan and lead status review meetings, which may include internal team members, vendors, and customers. What you'll have Experience working in a dynamic project environment in a large complex matrixed global operating model. Broad understanding of Energy Engineering industry, and related Data Management requirements. Knowledge of Project Delivery methodologies including Agile / Waterfall. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with global teams. Ability to build constructive relationships and interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and SMEs. Demonstrated ability to have consistently delivered on objectives while improving customer satisfaction. Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, etc.) and risk management experience. Outstanding organisational skills and ability to ensure others execute with focus and excellence. Experience in complex technology projects (e.g., ERP upgrades, CRM implementations, etc.) is strongly desired. Experience in analysis, design, development and testing of computer systems, applications and databases a plus. Degree in Computer Science, Business Management and/or equivalent education and experience. Technical Skills Solid understanding of ERP solutions, with Oracle (EBS, Fusion, etc.) strongly desired. Highly skilled in use of Microsoft productivity tooling (Office, Visio, Teams, SharePoint, & Outlook). Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and Cyber standards/best practices. Proficient in use of Microsoft Project for waterfall or Azure DevOps (ADO) for agile project execution. Solid understanding of release and environment management, including risk mitigation strategies in these domains.
