The role will contribute to securing anddelivering impactful projects in line with the teams' strategy, as wellas strengthening an adaptive program management approach within theteam.We are seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager with experiencemanaging complex and adaptive programs, who is highly organised, and has apassion for leading continual learning to enhance efficiency andoutcomes.Important to your success in this role will be your ability tobuild relationships with the Practice and Operations teams enabling ourclient facing work to run smoothly.Your Key Accountabilities will be:Program Management approach Maintain and continue to refine the programmanagement approach, standards, processed and best practices of theDemonstration and Learning team to ensure impactful, efficient andprofitable partnerships and business unit.Business Development Contribute to the implementation of theDemonstration & Learning Strategy through managing relationships withnew and potential clients, developing proposals and managing the businessdevelopment pipeline to build a profitable and sustainable business.Project and Partnership Management Manage partnerships and projects asrequired supporting Project Leads to deliver projects to a high standardand create positive outcomes for partners by managing delivery againstbudget, and escalating issues to ensure projects are delivered to a highstandard and deliver on stakeholder expectations.People Management Manage performance, workload and build capacity inadaptable project and partnership management of the two D&L ProjectManagers.What we need you to bring to this role to be successful:At least 5 years project management experience, across multiple andcomplex projects in a fast-moving, consultancy or start-up organisationalsetting.At least 5 year's experience managing relationships and mixedstakeholders (e.g. culturally diverse community members/groups, government,non-government organisations, service providers, philanthropicorganisations, and/or researchers) in complex and multiculturalcontexts.At least 5 years' experience designing, implementing and improvingend to end project management processes and tools, from new opportunity toproject close, ideally in a consultancy or fee for serviceenvironment.Experience managing staff and contractors.Super User capability for Teams, Zoom, Harvest, Drop Box, Asana,Presentations, Excel and Word.Context knowledge of systems change, social impact, collaborationand/or community-led change approaches is desirable (relevant, notessential).To Apply:Read the full position description athttps://collaborationforimpact.com/jobs/Please submit your application to ****** withthe Subject Heading: Role Title–[your name] and include:Please send us a 1-2 page cover letter introducing yourself, yourinterest in the role and experience in relation to each of theaccountabilities.A current resume;A link to your LinkedIn profile (if applicable) Show more Show lessTagged as: remote, remote job, virtual, Virtual Job,virtual position, Work at Home, work from home
